We Dined there a week ago Margaritas were good bartender was attentive however server for the dinner not so much we ordered ribs most restaurants when you get them they give you moist towelettes did not get any had to ask for different things that should have been on the table maybe an off day for her but the ribs were good .
I will never eat at this apple bee ever again waitress brought out exactly what my girl freind saide sbe camt have im just glad her alergys wasnt that bad thisbtime luckly
Every time I come to Applebee's I have the worst experience. I haven't been in years so I thought I'd try it again. For starters I found a palm sized piece of plastic covered in cheese on top of my chicken.. no I am not kidding. Still sitting here been waiting for literally 24 minutes waiting on my margarita. Not busy at all yet my waitress has absolutely no time for us. Even has a trainee with her to help. As a server my self I am the worst customer but this is just unexceptional and I am never coming back.
Even though we got there late and were placing a to go order, we were treated positively, kindly, and with patience. The food, of course, was great!!!
They need help! It took us a good 10 minutes to be seated Noone around no hostess. Then waitress took 15 minutes to wait on us. We were totally ignored till someone in the group went looking for waitress. Maybe a total of three people working. Not a good experience at all. This place won't be open long. You started by taking the good salads off the all you can eat soup and salads and it has been down hill since then.
