WOW....customer service was impressive! True hospitality from the entire staff. The burgers and fries were excellent too btw...great ratio on the burgers, toppings and bun. You all are doing it right!

Me and my buddy from work try to find the very best burger. We've decided that the Northern Kentucky top 3 are Mad Mike's (bronze), Red Robin (silver), and the GOLD MEDALIST is FIVE GUYS. Every single time they bring it. The burgers are always made fresh and made right. I don't know what they do to it, but it tastes awesome every time. Not to mention they load you down with great fries. Love it.
The worst location I've ever experienced. My fries were extremely undercooked and swimming in grease. The bag was so greasy that it was tearing. The manager Omar, or employee Michael could care less.
Our whole family loves Five Guys, but this location is by far the best. Great employees who seem happy to be there, and the manager always goes out of his way to make sure we're happy.
