I'm typically not impressed by technology, but Dr. Lutes had some great stuff in there! The x-rays were all taken from the chair and I could view them on the monitor right next to me. The images were crystal clear, a little too clear for my taste because they showed all the areas I miss when I brush!
I explained what was happening with my crown and Dr. Lutes took a look in there. It needed some adjustments, which apparently he did, but I barely noticed. He was gentle, reassuring and thorough. He explained everything he was doing beforehand and during.
I was in an out in no time, but it was an experience I'll remember. Not everyone enjoys going to the dentist, and I'm at the top of that list, but it was actually a pretty great time. I recommend Dr. Lutes and his staff wholeheartedly and without reservation. I was at ease the entire time and left the office feeling informed, repaired and happy.
After being escorted to the room where I would have my teeth examined and cleaned, I was introduced to Michelle -- the hygienist that would be performing my checkup and cleaning. She was friendly, professional and thorough; before every step of the procedure, she would explain to me what she was about to do, and performed all of the dental work with a gentle touch… the process was totally pain-free! I also noticed several dental tools and technologies that I had never seen before at other dental offices (e.g., a small camera for taking pictures inside of your mouth before and after the cleaning, a digital monitor by the chair in the room that immediately displays the results of X-rays, etc.) which gave me the impression that the office keeps up-to-date on modern dental technologies. Before finishing the checkup, Dr. Lutes came into the room to examine my teeth. Again, much like his staff, I found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future dental services.
If you’re looking for a great dentist, it’s hard to go wrong with Dr. Lutes! I recently visited his office as a new patient and came away impressed with every member of the staff I encountered as well as the quality of the dental services performed.
The first thing I noticed when arriving at Dr. Lutes’ office were the friendly office staff that went out of their way to make me feel welcome. After submitting my new patient paperwork, I took a seat and waited for my name to be called. I didn’t wait long, though, as I was called back to begin my appointment on time; it seems like the office is well organized and runs like a well-oiled machine!
Upon arriving to the office, I was greeted and had a seat in the waiting area. This was the first time I went to a dental practice and got to thumb through Far Side comic books! There were tons of them! Not only that, the music playing throughout the office was great. No piped in elevator music. Actual feel good music. So, I was already pretty relaxed by the time they called me back (which was in about two minutes).
This office is amazing, the dentist and staff is friendly and nice. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a dentist.
I've had the best experience with their office, can't imagine going anywhere else! Dr. Lutes and his entire staff make me feel right at home whenever I'm there. Of course, it's not just about the friendly atmosphere... the results are equally impressive. I have a brighter smile thanks to their care. If you're looking for a better option, give these guys a chance... and tell them I sent you!
Overall, I’d rate my experience with Dr. Lutes and his staff a 10/10 – I’m a happy patient and would highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a dentist!

I found myself in a situation where I needed to have a repair made to an already once repaired crown. I relocated recently and ended up going somewhere near me , but didn't have a good experience there. Afterward, I reached out to Dr. Lutes and was offered an appointment that same afternoon. Dr. Lutes' staff was extremely accommodating and super friendly.
