I've just moved here to the neighborhood and have worked in customer service for 30 years and this place gave me the worst customer service ever. When I came in the store no one greeted me and would not assist me in anything that I needed. I felt very discriminated against . They continue to greet and assist everyone else that came in after me. As I looked around and found what I wanted. I went to the register with my purchase and one of the cashier continue to ring me out but did not tell me that one of my hand cream was the test bottle. Because of my bad experience and bad customer service there I will not be back. I was really looking forward to going to one of my favorite store. Unfortunately they made me feel like I was unwelcome there. I've shopped at Tri-County Mall numerous of time and they have always greeted me and been very eager to help.
His helpfulness was GREAT. And I even told a manager how nice and helpful he was. I'd asked 1 of the ladies about something with Gardenia scent. AND Noah got on store computer and FOUND me candles, where the lady said had nothing with the scent. If I owned my own business I'd of done my best to get him to work at my store. Heck I'd of put in charge. He's a super salesman. And knows his store.
Today was best trip ever, with THANKS TO NOAH worked there today. And all I can say is he's by far the best employee I've Ever. Made my visit easy and fun
The staff is friendly and helpful. They are the best out of all Bath and Body stores in the Northern KY area. The store is always clean and neat.
